Managing Your Active Sessions

To help keep your account secure, our platform allows you to monitor and manage every device currently logged into your profile. If you see a device you don’t recognize, or if you simply forgot to log out of a public computer, you can terminate those sessions instantly.

How to Manage Your Logged-In Devices

  1. Open Profile Settings: Navigate to Settings in the side navigation menu, then click Profile in the left sidebar.
  2. Review Browser Sessions: Scroll down to the Browser Sessions section. Here, you will see a list of all active logins, including:
    • Device Type: (e.g., Windows, iPhone, Mac)
    • IP Address: The network location of the device.
    • Last Active: Exactly when the account was last accessed from that device.
  3. Logout Other Sessions: If you want to ensure your current device is the only one with access, click Logout Other Browser Sessions.

🚨 Security Warning

If you see an active session from a location or device you do not recognize, your account security may be at risk.

If you suspect your account is compromised:

  • Click Logout Other Browser Sessions immediately.
  • Scroll up to the Password section and update your password to something strong and unique.
  • Ensure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled for an extra layer of protection.
